NAOS CX is Hiring-Italian Customer Service & Telesales Agent (European Medical Equipment Manufacturer)


Job Title: Customer Service & Telesales Agent – Italian

Function: Customer Support (Voice Only)

Campaign Type: Leading European Medical Equipment Manufacturer


Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage inbound inquiries through voice calls
  2. Provide accurate information about products and services
  3. Resolve customer concerns and track issues effectively
  4. Log all customer interactions into the system and follow up when needed


Candidate Profile & Requirements

  1. Italian level: C1/C2 (Fluent to Native – no accent)
  2. Native/Fluent Italian speakers only (no English needed)
  3. Excellent communication and telesales skills
  4. Open to graduates, gap year students, undergrads, and dropouts
  5. Egyptians & Foreigners welcome
  6. Must be able to work on-site in Maadi
  7. Willingness to work fixed morning shifts (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Cairo time)


Work Schedule & Shift Details

  1. Full-time, on-site (Maadi, Cairo)
  2. 9 working hours/day including 1.5-hour rest break
  3. Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday)
  4. Fixed working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM


Compensation Package

Total Monthly Gross Package:

  1. EGP 29,000 Gross
  2. Base Salary: EGP 24,000
  3. KPI Bonus: EGP 2,500
  4. Attendance Bonus: EGP 2,500


Training Allowance:

  1. 5 Days Training = EGP 1,000

Benefits:

  1. Social & Medical insurance (social insurance is mandatory)
  2. Overnight transportation allowance
